Leadership

Oscar DiVeroli
CEO

Oscar DiVeroli is a visionary leader and seasoned entrepreneur with a distinguished career marked by strategic planning and financial acumen. As the Founder and CEO of ValidiFI, LLC, from August 2014 to June 2023, he played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the company's vision, executing successful marketing and sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships.  Oscar demonstrated exceptional leadership as President of the Board of Directors for the Entrepreneur's Organization in South Florida from January 2010 to July 2012, overseeing organizational initiatives, engaging in fundraising efforts, and managing financial operations.  Prior to that, as the Founder and CEO of Robico Shutters from April 1994 to June 2004, he exhibited prowess in building effective marketing and sales strategies, implementing operational improvements, and negotiating contracts with vendors.  Oscar's achievements include being recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by the South Florida Business Journal and leading the Fastest Growing Chapter worldwide as President and Chairman of the Board for the Entrepreneur's Organization.

Jesse Berger
CFO

Berger has over 25 years business ownership and progressive management experience. He currently serves as CFO for Haverhill Management, a comprehensive outsourcing service provider to the legal industry. Previously, Berger served as President & COO for ValidiFI, a technology and data services company specializing in decisioning, payments, and risk management solutions.  Berger also held the position of Vice President for Pinkerton where he oversaw the global operations and strategic direction of the screening division. Before that, Berger was CEO of Navicus, a national provider of employment screening and talent management software services, and was recognized by 'Inc.' magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America for four consecutive years. Berger has completed his Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and graduated with a BS in Finance from The American University in Washington, DC.
